Cannot determine data balance

Cannot determine my data balance. Its under contract with a Vodafone 10"pad. If somebody else tells me to swap sims into a phone or something or dial a number I WONT be responsible for my reponse. The should wake up, a 10" pad cannot dial. Sms to 31050 doesn't work anymore either or it takes 24hrs to reply - that's useless to me. The web ap says nothing is available. VODACOM your service is PATHETIC. My phone contacts (all six of them) are already with another company because of your pathetic disinterested service. This contact is next one out in 2014
