I phone at 13:01 a coloured guy assited me but was not able to check my giveahapy data bundle balnce. he said i have 13mb wich is wrong. he said i must dial *111*95# to check my giveahapy balance. wrong information all the way. i then disconnected because vodacom was not willing to assist.

he sent me an sms saying that he is tired of calling me back at 13:22, to check my balance i must dial *111# and go to promotion then it will give me my giveahapy balance. wrong infomation all the way and a rude sms as well, i really dont wish this to hapen to anyone else
