Long story short, i have a blackberry handset which obviously has a factory default on it as it has already been replaced by vodacom for the same problem 3 times already in the duration of my original contract, now the fault happens again and they claim water damage... Really!!! You can take your handset and the R1100 you are asking me for phone and shove it in your money hungry share holders... You really are a bunch of and i urge everyone to be very wary of this type of bahaviour from a large corporate such as Vodacom... I will post the same response on a weekly basis to warn my fellow consumers of your excuses and lack of service when help is really needed and loyalty as well... BE WARNED PEOPLE, THEY WILL GET YOU OUT OF YOU MONEY ONE WAY OR ANOTHER, YOU ARE JUST AN ANT TO THEM!!!
