My BB 9900 BOLD just went crazy and doing funny things on my way back from work.
Gave it in at vodacom centurion and guy said it's water damage before even booking in the phone.
I have had 4 of these phones in 2 years, everytime Vodacom comes with the same excuse not replace it!!!
I report my house for no reception EVERY month for the last year and all they do is say they will look into it.
VODACOM you have me until December then you will NEVER get my money again.you are money hungry, care NOTHING about your customers, and totally incompetent.
I CANT WAIT FOR DECEMBER!!! I AM WILLING TO PAY TO GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT AND THAT'S WHAT I WILL DO.
