Over charging and not getting back to custome

I have a 3g internet contract and when I called to apply I SPECIFICALLY told the consultant to lock it when it reached it's data bundle and that I NEVER want an additional cost for going over the bundle amount. In December I was billed over R1000 instead of R149. I called and spoke to a consultant who promised to get back to me the same day and never did, I then called again and spoke to someone else who cut me off, I called back and was put through to the origianl consultant who said they are sorting it out and want to listen to the voice recording, she kept me on hold for 25 minutes and then cut me off. I am still waiting for a response as I want a refund. they agree that i said no going over the bundle but mad e exscuses as to why they charged me extra. The 3g card only works in the pinelands area and no where else, which I have complained about numerous times. I can't use it and am paying R149 a month for something I can't use. they also keep sending me forms to fill in which have no use and admit it is useless. I want the contract cancelled and a full refund. they couldn't be bothered to call back or reply to my emails.
