On the 11th of January 2013, at around 08h00, I noticed that my phone was not in service. As this has happened before, I decided to allow Vodacom the time and opportunity to rectify. After an hour or so, I tried to go to Facebook but found I was still not connected. Because previously I was able to send and receive all data services, i.e Email, BBM, WhatsApp, I decided to try and send myself an email. I am still waiting for that email. I refuse to imagine how many other people have sent me emails and are awaiting my response. Frustrated, I decided to call Vodacom helpline (111) where I was on hold, listening to their momnotous ads. After 15 minutes of holdoing, I was cut off. I have been trying ever since but I can't seem to go past the first voice prompt before my phone reads "Call Failed." All this is, mind you, a couple of days after I renewed my BIS subscription.
