I should have listened to two customers of theirs when they warned me to stay away. My boyfriend being the sweet man that he is decided to buy me a Q10 on the smart S package, and even added on data with the top up they supply. Big mistake i tell you. The first month of May went well, the problem was last month (June) when i managed to use 1.5 GB of data on my phone in 2 days and still got billed while my phone was off. I asked for my statement and i noticed that lots of data was used around 2 and 4 am. tell me how is that possible. Their explanation: i tried to send a large email which could not be delivered due to its size but Vodacom kept billing me for it over 2 nights. As if that was not enough, they gave me someone else's number now i have people calling me asking for someone called Petronella. I mean what the &%#. I have never enjoyed this phone ever! Now i can not switch my data on because Vodacom can not indicate which email i sent that was so huge and kept being billed for. Should rather go back to Cell C. They have less complaints and are cheaper.

Hear me people, listen to people when they warn you, especially when they have been there.!!!
