Dear team i have been busy with MWEB since the 1st of august to activate ADSL ADSL line on an active land line account. I informed that my previous roommate is the account holder and then i have permission to use this line her details (Erin Terborg mobile #0741672769). I have been waiting and i have spoken to many departments JUST TO ONLY ACTIVATE the ADSL LINE option on this number. Telkom called to verify details and did not call back to say anything nor to call the account holder to verify details.
