I have sent the email below to your [Email Removed] email address on MAR 16. Whats the point of the sales email address if you don't reply on it.
Dear Mweb
I am currently a client of yours and have acquired a new property recently. I have applied for a telephone line at telkom and as soon that was installed I made a online application for your promotion of 2 moths free on a 6 month contract.
I was then contacted by you sales department to try and activated my line. I was then told that there was no more open port in my area and that I need to first apply for a ADSL Line with Telkom and then migrate to Mweb. I understand this completely and I am happy with continuing with this process but what I do want is at the migration over to Mweb I still want the 2 free months of ADSL on a a 6 month contract because I have sign-up for it in time but you could not supply me with a port
