I do not understand what is so difficult about sending me the necessary documents to cancel my account. I had called your sales department a long time ago to cancel my adsl service. I was told that cancellation documents would be send to my email address at [Email Removed] I am yet to receive these documents and refuse to pay another month due to the incompetence within your department. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
