Im utterly disgusted with the service of Mweb, last month i called Mweb to cancel my data account with them and move my line to Telkom, they however emailed me back to say it can only happen at the end of February and i let them know by the 20th january. I thought ok fine lets wait and then Mweb new adsl prices came out and i called the Contact centre and spoke to a young lady named Rene she was very helpful and cancelled my cancellation request and sent a email to their Sales department to contact me to help with the upgrade to a 4mpbs package. I called today and twice someone answered the line and put me back in the queue and then i spoke to Mearle and she told Rene did send the email and she transfered me to the Sales department, where someone answered again and put me back in the queue and then i spoke to agent called Abbass and he was absolutely useless and said because im on a unthrottled package he has to transfer me to client services to upgrade me to a throttled package. Then i said no he supposed to do it as per the last lady i spoke to and then he said i should send a email with my customer number and my request and it takes 7 to 10 days to fulfill..This is utte
