I read an email from Aneeqah Salasa as being extremely rude. Quote: Which is why I advised you... If she read her email properly she would have noticed that I did copy billing to downgrade my service. I even received an auto reply from Billing.
Why not just forwarding the mail to Billing if she thought I can't read and rather replied that it's not for Sales but Billing. You are so friendly to upgrade but makes it very difficult to downgrade.
I even thought the weekend to cancel the downgrade but will never do that now. Please thank Aneeqah Salasa from Sales Department that I will now not only proceed with my downgrade but I will cancel and request you to move line to Telkom early next year.
I will not accept bad service from any provider especially when I read an email basically telling me I can not read. I don't get upset easily nor do I like complaining over every little thing, but this reply is unacceptable and this woman doesn't belong in a sales department.
Being helpful and friendly can go a long way.
