Attention Moddy Motebejane... As per ur last response to my complaint .u have failed to mention that the service I am currenly receiving is beyond pathetic.surely you can see how old my matter is and no one is willing to assist me .why not respond so that everyone can see how pathetic vodacom is ..they only care about. Themselves.customers are not important to use at vodacom. U supply customers with faulty handsets.u don't care about thr CPA. Let's see what type of response I will get this time. I have forwarded my complaint to icasa and to the national consumer commision as the level of service is pathetic.
