They don't honner what they talk about and the ads

I when I to mtn 2day befor the mtn specails was over I ask the lady how long it taks befor I know if I am aproved she then said they do a application on the computer and I will know if I am aproved within the hour and once I get aproved they then only order the deal and that takes 3 days. Now it hase been 4day and they phone me to tel me that the specail is over and I must look at some thing els when I asked them what happend about the one hour they now say they never said it and there is nothing they can do I just have to come in and look at somthing els is this how they do business now I know why I left them nearly 5 years ago same bad business allways the fact that they are still going I really don't know I when to vodacom and in 10 min now that is service mybe they should learn from them
