We bought a house from Hardus vd Westhuizen properties. On the 6Nov the bank told us the loan is aproved. I call mrs vd Westhuizen and told her our loan is aproved and she must give the people who rent notice. I ask her that we want to received the keys on the 16th December but no later than the 25th of December. The lady who rent did't have a legal contract, but she refuse to move. She also threaten to let me arrest if I come near the house. We must ask an attorney to help us to get hold of our own home. the home is registar in our name on the 14th Dec. Mrs vd Westhuizen go on holiday on the same day. She told us after many comunication that she are not taken her phone with her. We must speak to the lady who is in the house and ask herself when will she moved. I told Mrs vd Weshuizen many times we want the home before the 25th, because my mother moved in with us and she must leave her home on the 24th. My mother of 78yrs was on the street for 8 days untill we received the keys. We must pay to store her furnither. The lady who rent the home refuse to sign a contract with us to rent the house. We feel tha the agent receive her commision and leave us to organise self for the keys.
