Good benifets but bad service

So I took a smartphone from fnb got aproved on the 21/12/2012 and as I know everything is closed so im very patient until now. Everything went back to normal since the 7/01/2013 so it gives them now 7 working days to hand over my phone to the couriers and still nothing? No one calls to appologise or to explain nothing. Everytime I call them its just sorry sir maybe they will contact you tomorrow but no one checks in to it? Im really dissapointed with fnb they have what it takes but defnetly not service!
