It is with disappointment that I have to complain about the bad service I received from vodacom after being such a loyal customer for years and year. I applied for a contract with them on the 09/02/2013, my application was declined with no reason. I therefore took it apon myself to investigate, and gather all my supporting documents for my contract to be aproved. My main issue is that I haven't had any feedback from them in regard to them reviewing my application. On 22/02/2013, I emailed them to confirmed that all documents have been received after a consultant from a Vodacom direct store had already sent them to emails and acalled to get clarity on the issue but he still didnt get anywhere with them, and was informed that they are in the process of reviewing them. Till today I have not heard from them. I then took it upon myself to AGAIN contact them, and not responce after I was holding online forever. I then went to a Vocacom direct store where the consultant tried to assits me but even for her she has not received any feedback from them.
