So Unhappy with fn

I ordered a Smart deivice through FNB (Samsung Galaxy tab 2 32GB 10.1) just befor the 23rd of October. Got Aproved and received an sms on the 24th of October saying that my Smart device has been sent to Digital Planet (RAM COURIERS) and that they will contact me shortly to arrange delivery... Three weeks later i still havn't received a call or an sms or nothing... phoned fnb again... after having the phone dropped in my ear a few times they finally told me that my order has been cancelled due to the fact that they don't have stock. How can they do that without even letting the customer know? thank goodness i got in touch with someone with the name "Mario" and he was the only one that was able to help me. now i had to place an order for the TAB 3... hopefully this will be given to me in the time frame they said. this is realy on of my worst experiences with fnb. i hope you guys keep you promice this time.
