Sending me an SMS telling me that my request has been completed doesn't tell me anything. I can't even remember what the request was for.

I logged a request about 3 weeks ago asking when I was due for an upgrade. The reply I get is "Your Nashuamobile . com request (re: 261978) has been completed. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? I certainly hope that this isn't related to my request.

Also, just saying that you tried to contact me is not acceptable! I do NOT accept calls from Private Numbers and therefore sending me a text message when you have my email details is also not acceptable! The text message and automated email that I have now received don't tell me anything - just that my call is closed.
