Hi

This is my first month with a MTN contract, previously having vodacom.

I am very disappointed to say the least. On my 1st month the bill is incorrect. Over charging me. not making any sense what so ever. I have spoken to a customer support lady but her knowledge and understandings seems very limited. I have been billed for the same things twice, some discounts where not applied, i have been to... utterly disappointing. I was told I would receive 200 airtime every month, nobody told me that its before tax and that i would receive 14% less. I have only sent 26 short messages suppose to get 25 free but was billed for most, my supposed to be 200 credit did not make any differance with my call charges. My contract was advertised for R429 but the monthly bill before using any out of bundle is R534 according to the customer care lady. Sent a email to [Email Removed] they didnt respond. the lady suppose to have phoned me earlier today she said she would call me in a hour but still didnt Please sort this out before i seek professional advice.
This is a terrible network not even a month with mtn and i have already been ripped of. Spoke to TJ from customer care.
