How can 8ta be sending me a text message of a Garnishee Order when they have never sent me any statement since the day they told me my contract was cancelled with no penalties and I didn't have to pay any money to them because of the lack of service.
This is not acceptable, I requested that they call me on Wednesday the 18th of September after my operation, no one called; this morning I receive a text message about a Garnishee Order.
I gave them reference numbers, and they said they will investigate, they did not.
