Im facing the same problem and its really frustrating as to other complaints to the Unisa Group. The same problem going on for how long now.
Its been now almost 2 weeks since my request sent from using this automatic thing on the unisa website. I call it a thing as there are no professional demand in using this tool objectively. Its really difficult when one are out of the country S.A and in need to find answers a.s.a.p. I have called there nrs and also sent an mail to [email protected] on my concern and request, yet no luck.
My query refers - I was a part time student at unisa parow and have not completed the duration of my course. I have subsequently done a few subjects. In my query request sent, I like to get my credits report on my completed subjects.
My student nr is. 4488-894-5
