BILLED AT A HIGHER AMOUNT!!!

Nashua Mobile The Grove PTA .
Signed a contract for R189 pm for a BBerry9320 Webbook and charger.
I get Billed R199 pm

Sim card issued doesn't work for a month. I get billed for that month despite having no service.

I want Nashua Mobile :
1. To honour the agreement i signed.
2. to reverse the charge for April since the sim card did not work for that month.
3. to reverse the sim charge and connection fee for the inconvenience to me for the month of April
