It's been over 10 complaints about billing and a handset and after the last 3 complaints and numerous promises that i will be contacted i have not yet received a call.
No i don't care if it was the festive season and you were short staffed cause i am sick of this excuse.
You as a service provider should ensure you have enough staff to deal with all queries.
I would like a call by COB today 11/01/2013 and i would like my 3 incorrect payments credited into my account as well!!!
