Vadacom - only caring about new customers

Well, that time again - time for an upgrade.
Usually it is something to look forward to - but not if you a vodacom customer :-(
If you in a unlucky position to be one of those, you will be met with bad service and excuses.
First disappointment is that you cannot get the same deals on a upgrade as you can as a new customer - so they actually encourage you to end the contact :-o
Attitude is even worse - without listening to the whole story I was told that I am confused - well the only thing I am confused about at the moment is why I am still a vodacom customer!
Think you should rather start looking after your loyal customers - that is the way to make money - not chasing them away - so enjoy my money while my contract runs out over the next month or so - the end is in site :-)
The best part is, I will still have my number, I will get the phone I want at a decent price - but it will be at a different service provider. So the only one loosing out is vodacom - and that is due to their BAD attitude and even WORSE service.
