I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer for over 15 years. I have been waiting on your new prices to come out and upgrade to the new Galaxy S4. I was told that new prices would come out on the 7th May 2013. To my shock the prices didn't change much but actually increased in some of your contracts. Between all the major Cellular providers how can you be the most expensive provider offering the new Galaxy S4? I want this phone but your package prices are shockingly high! The only threat one can make is to cancel the contract when the time comes and move to another provider to actually save money, have the same phone and even more data and airtime than Vodacom provides. You guys are getting worse and worse honestly. You're the biggest provider in the country but your service, repairs, call centre and now sales/pricing gets worse and worse. Why can all others like MTN, Cell C even FNB offer so much more & lower prices for a Galaxy S4 and you cannot??? All your sales say is 'Headoffice decides the pricing'. I want to speak to somebody Senior who actually makes these decisions because it is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. You need to change these or I will take my money elsewhere.
