I Tried to apply for a contract at Cell C only to be told that they would not give me a contract because I have an account in arrears. I was shocked to find this out because as far as I was aware all my accounts were up to date.
After requesting a credit report on myself through Trans union I discovered that the account Cell C was referring to was Autopage. I spoke to Autopage numerous times about my account and after various people confirmed my account is all up to date that they would investigate and get back to me I am still waiting to hear from someone!
I requested a letter of good standing so that I could continue with my application with Cell C and I was told someone would send it to me - I am yet to recieve a letter of good standing or any feedback!
Never mind the shocking service I have recieved and numerous calls I have made to try and get this resolved. I am appaled that because of your companies inefficiency you have now ruined my credit history and are preventing me from taking out other contracts!!!
What ever you do, dont sign up with Altech!!!
