Great service!

I wanted to confirm the options and costs of a data package with MTN via Autopage. I initially tried their website and received confirmation that I will be called shortly - I am still waiting for their call. I then tried the Autopage call centre and received 3 different versions of what was available from 3 different people. Frustrated, I phone the Benmore Gardens branch where Tumi, the store manager assisted me. She quickly and efficiently responded to my questions and e-mailed me the application form. She confirmed what can and can't be done on the package - I filled in the form and returned it to her. To my surprise she mailed me within 2 hours to confirm that I can come and pick up my new SIM. This is truly great service - she is an asset to the company.
