IDENTITY!

Cell C has failed to assist me on that has taken place under their watch. Someone open two contracts using my ID and i have failed to get a straight answer regarding this matter, i have taken it into my own hands to go and report this to SAPS as this individual keeps on calling into the call centre and being assisted, what kind of Mickey mouse operation are they running there. Surely their consultants have notes to correspond with. I am not impressed. The Agent who made the sale has provided me with the ID copy that was used for the delivery and it is different from mine in more than 1 way this is Identity they are failing to grasp. I want this matter resolved as i will under no circumstances pay for phones i have not requested or signed for. I will not have my credit tarnished because they do not have measures in place to resolve this, all they can tell me is we will investigate. The total cost for both these phones is R450.00 and in this economy isn't peanuts. I WANT THIS RESOLVED CELL C
