BAD SERVICE GALLAREA CELL C

I got an upgrade BB 9900 on Monday 4/2. On Thursday 7/2 screen blank. Took to Cell C. Told no exchange within 7 days. Never signed Terms and Conditions or were explained this. Must send away and then get report and replace. Quiried now with Customer Care not only is my phone not booked in for Out Of Box Fault OBF but has been sent for repaird which will take up to 22 days. I have a OBF form. How is that they get away with this. Tried to get management involved but no chanch. Head office puts you to Customer Service.
