Unacceptable Customer Service / Repairs

I heard of the wonderfull service that Cell C offers, and therefore opted to change from Vodacom to Cell C, and decided to go for the galaxy S4, i received my Phone and 9 days after i received it i Experienced some issues with connectivity to the network, i proceeded to send send my phone in to the Cell C branch at Mall @ carnival, After i filled the form out and explained the issue. My phone was then sent to Cell C Head Office for repairs and outsourced to a company called TechLeo. I received my phone back with the exact same issue. and was informed that the next course of action was to send my phone in for another 3 weeks. After many attempts to speak to senior members of staff no other options were given...

7 and a half weeks after signing my new contract i would have had the pleasure of using my phone for 9 days. And who knows how many times this cycle is going to be repeated!!!
