I have a contract with 8ta i miised a dr order 8ta stoped debiting my account . i contacted them a few months later paid up as i was advised my line was disconected called bak a few days later they say line is now cancelled . a few days later the contract gets terminated i call thru asked who terminated the contract, i cant get an answer . i asked for it to be reversed, i receive a termination invoice with 800 rand fee i asked three times for that to be reversed even go to branch and my account still got debited, please contact me asap to retify.
