When I went to vodacom to get my new cell contract of R230 a month I asked the lady if I put a limit on will it stay that amount she said yes cause I can't actually afford more. Now I have a limit on and my bill is over r500 each mont this month almost R700 and I want to know why I don't call that much I don't download music or vidoes ect. I really want to cancel this contract and go to cell c or something. I've called in many times and all of them say it should stay R230 but nobody knows anything in this company. And I don't want to pay R800 to change this contract it is not my fault that vodacom's people are incompetent.
