I have a Vodacom business contract where I paid R299 subscription for my one line, R98 for my other other line and R199 laptop and R99 for data. which worked out to R700. It worked perfectly for me because I could afford it and would add a limit. Some lady phoned me and offered me an upgrade to smart m plan, I particularty told her that I cannot afford to change to pay more that I currently pay, and I would like to keep to that amount. She gave me all subscriptions and said I will pay around R700 in total (cannot remember the exact amount but my calculation is R667), which to my was really a saving. I asked her if the R700 was the total amout, and she said yes. I asked many times and she told me that that is what I will be paying. She omitted the R126 handset subscription and I thought the "about R700" was all inclusive.
In the recent months, I have been struggling paying my bill because it is too expensive and I cannot afford it. I would like to go back to my original package because I was misrepresented and i find it not fair.
