Vodacom - Bad customer service

I've haven't paid my account, i was cut off, i payed send through the proof of payment and asked for them to reactive my line. My problem is now they want the account holder details again, problem to phone her AGAIN.

I have a real big problem with this.

My mother phoned the last time, and said you guys must put me on that I have authority on this account, just like the last customer call center agent asked the last time saying then they would have to phone my mother again, or she them.

Now AGAIN you ask for the details - yet it is noted that i have authority and this account, yet i've paided, yet i've sent the prove of payment, yet I gave all the correct details.

Your call center agents doesn't handle things the same way, one says something, another says something totally different. There's no standard. This is freaking ridiculous.

Activate my line, look on your freaking system thingy, see my details under has authority, and freaking unlock my line NOW.
