After standing in a line for two hours at the SARS office to submit my new banking details, I wait for SARS to pay my tax rebate. After 3 months of no correspondence I phone to find out whether they need something else from my side. Then I find out my banking details were not updated and I need to go stand in a line again to update it for a second time. Meanwhile on the SARS-efiling website my banking details are correctly shown. Where is the connection problem??? And then I'm told that there is no one to call or email about the problem, I just have to give up a morning or afternoon of work to go stand in a freaking line again.
How do you solve a problem like this??? The incompetence is frustrating to say the least!!!
