I applied and payed for an ADSL line. I was informed via sms that it will be done on Friday 15 Feb, 2013. No time was given - "All day appointment"
I phoned Telkom (10210) in the morning to confirm and ask to be phoned when they are at the gate.
I phoned again just now (10210), 4pm. I was told that the appointment was not "given through to the technicians"
I wasted a whole day and nobody has phoned or rescheduled.
Terrible service from Telkom!
