Discovery very poor service

I phoned Discovery on Monday and asked where I can pay in a manual payment as my debit order did not go off when I phone this morning they tell me that the money was paid into the Debtors account number, I have three emails from Discovery that your consultants send me with this account number on, now it's my problem I have to wait another THREE days because they have to transfer the money to the right account, I am already waiting since Monday, our medical aid is blocked my husband needs to go to the doctor, you guys gave me that account number and now its my problem, you better sort this out within the next hour TODAY it's not my fault if Edgar Dede Tebogo Mavunda and two other consultants send me the wrong banking details.. My goodness what happened to good service sort out your nonsense and our stuff you Never have a problem getting our debit orders this month was the first time ever and now you have to mess it up so freaking bad...
