I have a Blackberry contract with MTN, and i am on my 3rd contract with them. The latest phone stopped charging, i took it in on the 2 Feb 2013, where they said they will send it away for repair, on the 14 Feb i received an sms saying my phone is ready for collection. I rushed there only to get a not so helpful salesperson who just handed my phone over and told me my phone has been worked on by someone else so they cannot fix it. I told her that is not true, the more i told her that the more she implied i was lying, i was really not happy with this and didnt want to take the phone back. I then asked for the number of their head office where she than told me "they will tell you the same thing". This lady just was not helpful, i am stuck with a contract phone that does not work that i still need to pay for. How can she just handover a phone that does not work and imply that i am lying.
