I've upgraded my contract recently to the Blackberry Z10. Ever since i've received the phone, i have not been able to use the Blackberry App world. I phoned the 1555 number last night, they were helpful, but unfortunately after following their instructions, it still does not work. I went to the MTN shop this morning and they were not helpful at all. They said it was a problem with Blackberry App world and not the phone. They then said that they would have to send the phone in for assessment but they have no loan phone for me. I use my phone for work and can not afford to have no phone. They were not able to offer me any kind of solution.
