In what world give you the right to tread your customers the way you do. not informing them of network problems or keeping them up to date with the progress. one plans ones with trip with the knowledge in you back of you mind that you have 2 maybe 3 cellphones should you have problems along your journey. Big is your surprise when you need to use your phone to discover that after 24 hours you have limited coverage if any. And when you do inquire about it you are told that it is due to of Telkom lines that affects all networks. what is your continues plan? leaving Telkom to sort out this problem, or are you on board and helping them? and only when the press inquires about the network problems - you will respond with a press statement. You have the means - why not send out a simple sms informing your customers about the situation. Cellphones safes lives - but at this stage it is costing it aswell. We pay for your adverts and sponsorships, why do we get treated this way?
