I am so sick and tired of taking calls about Telkom problems. I am trying to run an IT Domain Hosting and web design Business. I also assist client's with Telkom problems. I take a significant amount of pressure off the Telkom call center and all I get in exchange is bad attitudes, bad service and no communication. At the moment FTP does not work on the Telkom network and no one at any call center can give me any kind of information as to why or when it may be resolved. The speed of the Telkom internet has halved, clients with a 4MB line are getting 2MB max. Client's that need Telkom lines are getting no response from Telkom as to whether they can install or replace lines. But the bills keep coming from Telkom for services that cannot sufficiently provide. Then they have the ordacity to have a market research company keep calling to ask if I would recommend Telkom to friends and family.
I HAVE TO RECOMMEND TELKOM BECAUSE YOU OWN THE ONLY FIX NETWORK IN THE COUNTRY! I DON'T WANT TO RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO ANYONE BECAUSE YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE!
Can someone please take the reigns and make Telkom the service company it is supposed to be!!!
