Unsatisfactory Service!!!

I took out a brand new contract with Vodacom on 10 Jan 2013 which included a 9360 Blackberry handset. To date I have had three "Out Of Box Failure" handsets. I have had no use of the handset I got with taking out the contract as it doesn't operate satisfactorily - battery last 2 -3 hours and hanset gets hot, hence the three "out of box failures". Today I will be collecting my 4th phone which they say they have tested and operates fine but I have no doubnt that once I load my contacts, facebook (already on phn) and WhatsApp, the phone will yet again fail to operate properly. I really do not want this 4th handset but have NO option as they are NOT willing to let me change to another contract or select another hanset. I have even enquired about cancelling the contract but they want to charge me over R4 000, 00 to do this.

I am at my witts end with Vodacom and there "no care" attitude and reluctance to sort the issue out. PLEASE HELP!
