Customer care ain't customer care at all

After both my wife and I upgraded at vodashop we were stilled billed for the blackberry service after requesting it be cancelled. I was fortunate enough to get a customer care agent that was helpful and got things sorted. My wife on the other hand has been told that even after she requested that bis be cancelled twice at the store she has to go back to the store to try and get her two months bis billing rectified. While trying to inform stompie of my previous dealing with vodacom and asking her to do the same I got raised voices and silence. She simply wants me to go back to the store to sort it out. We also requested that she log the credit request with back office and that she has failed to do. When asked to speak to a manager I was told that there are no managers present... I find that very hard to believe. No senior staff for a shift in a corporate.

I pray that we get some competition for vodacom so that the arrogance of the staff and company are put in check.
I'm seriously regretting staying with vodacom having been with them for 15 years.

Please sort out the credits for bis on 0823933825 and retrain you customer care consultants on procedures and service protocol.
