I have been experiencing huge congestion issues with MTN recently and after phoning MTN Coverage, I had been advised the following:
One of their towers that I may have connected to in the past has been offline since 21/01 and is yet to be repaired as at 14/02. I requested as to what the turnaround time was, and it was noted that repairs should have been completed by 11/02.
What this means, all MTN users in the area will experience congestion during peak times as all Waterworld's traffic is rerouted to other towers.
This is appalling, not to mention poor service delivery to all customers in the area. Please fix this
