What is happening to my airtime

Good day, i would like to enquire why is my airtime getting less everyday? i have a blackberry and have not activated my bis for the month but everyday my money gets less and less. last week i phoned the call center and they told me i didnt log off the inet. when i recharged this week i wasnt once on the inet but it gets less and less. my phone was actually off in the evenings yet it still gets less. now vodacom says it shows i am on the inet, how? i have checked that i am disconnected, and exit all browsers! this morning i was thinking that vodacom data gets used by mb, not per second so even if your on 1 page your phone doesnt use data so how can they say if you havent exited the browser it still charges you. come now vodacom, you are taking money that isnt suppose to be taken, are you charging clients per second they are on the internet, if so you will have a big problem because it states in your t & c that you get billed per data downloaded, and please dont try to explain to me about data, as i work in it and have worked for you guys. if i am on 1 page like google there is no data transfered so that means no charge, but you guys seem to charge per second.
