I have a 2GB 3G internet contract. Each month brings billing surprises. The service is supposed to cost R149 per month, but often is more than twice this amount because the "cap" has been exceeded.
MTN offers a service, which is supposedly capped, but it isn't. They provide no way to know how much of the data has been used. If the modem is attached to a PC and the "MTN Online" app is used, the "available data" shown is rubbish. On first try it gives some arbitrary number, which can change to some unrelated arbitrary number when you refresh. The graphs of historical use for weekly and monthly are total nonsense. Weekdays are not even arranged in order! This is totally unacceptable!
