Inaccurate billing (1)

I have data and voice contract with autopage, all have been well until this months billing (February). My normal invoice is for around R350 a month and this month they billed me R1, 643. They billed me R1133 (on top of my 1gig data i get every month) for GPRS that i supposedly used on my tablet (via my data contract). This is funny because i seldom use my tablet, i don't even download music on it let alone upgrade my applications on it. When i asked them to give me details of what generated R1133 worth of data from my tab, they are unable to do so but insist the cost are coming from my number. this is utter rubbish and they themselves dont know where such huge volumes of data generated is coming from. Now i have to pay R1, 643 this month from my normal R350 and i refuse to do so without them giving me proof. for them to only say it was generated by my number is not enough as i cannot even see their systems, i requested the websites visited or what was downloaded but they cant provide this detail and they expect me to just cough up R1, 643 because their system says so. im disgusted with this service

i have left the above complaint for autopage and they seem not interested in solving
