After many phone calls and false promises and ineffective communication from one consultant to another and many different responses, I stopped payment for which I was once more debited for a contra ct I dont have and will now cancel the debit order permanently until this query has been sorted out and my money reimbursed. They keep saying a consultant will contact me... what!!! All phonecalls have been made my myself. I had one person tell me I would be reimbursed approximately R2000... another told me I had no claim... another told me a claim had not been lodged... another told me a claim had been lodged and that I would be reimbursed in approximately 10 working days!!! Do they actually know what they are doing? Vodacom was quick to suspend my service, What a pity they do not give a hoot about sorting out the customers queries just as quick and admitted to their mistake...
