I need them to repair my ITC as they don't answer me, unlawfully deduct my account, then they said they are not going to refund the money, they will keep it for the next month, then the refund the money with no new debit order, I made arrangements for Vodacom to run a debit order, they then don't do it, I then made a EFT and now the list me on Transunion as a slow payer?
What must I do for Vodacom to contact me?
I am going to involve the National Consumer Act.
